Default how to: desktop shortcut to bookmark within word document

I am writing a book ad would like to be able to create a desktop shortcut
that will open word, open the document, and automatically take me to the
bookmark where I left off. I've done this in a previous version of Word, but
I,ve forgotten what I did. I am now using word 2003 V.11.65
