Default accessing trial for word 2007

I just downloaded the free trial and received the product code. It says to
open the trial and put the product code in...where is the trial located on my
computer? I don't see where is downloaded to..not on desktop or in the my
computer section anywhere...I have Windows XP anyone know what I should try?
Or do they just make it difficult so you have to buy the whole program
before trying it??
