Default delete duplicate a tmp file

When saving a Word document the computer also saves two TMP copies of the
doc. that I can't delete. How do I rectfy this?

When you close Word, the tmp files should disappear without any action on
your part. It's normal for at least one to remain after a document has been
saved and closed, until you close Word itself. If Word crashes, however, the
files will remain and you may then need to delete them manually.
