Use a graphics editing program. (You could use SnagIt, which would allow you

Is there anyway from Word without having another program?

I supposed you could fiddle around with text boxes but it would be so much

I believe you are asking about inserting captions for the images? Such
as Figure 1 - Screen shot description? If that's what you want, select the image and go to Insert/Reference/Caption. Please post all follow-up questions to the newsgroup.
