Print multiple word docs to one print job
Hi,
One of my users came to me today and told me she used to be able to select 60 odd documents in a directory, right clicl, choose print. The all 60 jobs would be printed but only on job would show in the print queue. At the moment word opens each doc sequentially and sends 60 separate jobs to the queue. Apparently the guy before me set it up for her and it was a lot quicker. I'm pretty sure there are no 3rd party apps involved and its either a windows xp or word 2000 setting. Has anyone heard of this? Thanks in advance for any replies......... |

Only multi print Method I can think off: Create an email and attach all 60 document to it. Print the email and attachments. Thanks,I'll try it, but if possible I'd like to get it to just send all 60
docs as one print job. |
