Selecting and moving all the pictures to the end of the document (Word 2007)
If the graphics and have the same style applied to them (and only to them),
one way is to use the Styles pane to select everything with that style applied, cut the selection to the clipboard, and then paste the clipboard at the end of the document. I tried it here, and it works. If your graphics are In line with text, an easy way to apply the same style to all of them is using Find & Replace, where you put ^g in the Find what: box, and ^& in the Replace with: box, and format the latter with the desired style. I created a style named Graphic, here, and applied it that way. Then I used the Styles pane as indicated in the first paragraph. If your graphics are not In line with text, then the Find & Replace "trick" for applying a style to them won't work, since it will not find items that are in the graphic layer. -- Herb Tyson MS MVP Author of the Word 2007 Bible Blog: http://word2007bible.herbtyson.com Web: http://www.herbtyson.com "mocha99" wrote in message ...
