citation style
Hi all,
I have a question about Word 2007. I put some citations a document. There are in English and my language. When I use APA style, Word 2007 will show the last name of the author in the citation. However, I would like the first name of the author to be shown if the cited document is written in my language. In short, I would like the citation to show either a firstname or a lastname based on the language of the cited document. Thank you. |

Hi A.,
There are some limited locale/language modifications available in the Word 2007 Citations & Bibliography fields, but the Style sheet that specifies the rules that are applied for a particular Reference style, such as APA would apply as to how the citation is displayed in a document. What are the languages you're working in (including is it English, U.S., U.K., etc)? Are you referring to the entry you get from References=Insert Citation or the formatting of the entry for the Citation that appears when you use References=Bibliography ? What language name appears on the entry in References=Manage Sources when you chose [Edit] ? =========== "a" wrote in message ... Hi all, I have a question about Word 2007.
