While I was customizing my toolbars I "accidently" dragged the "Draw" menu
option off the drawing toolbar and I have no way of getting it back. I
searched/scrolled through all the categories and commands in the customize
window and can not find the menu.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Click the arrow at the right hand end of the toolbar select add & remove
buttons reset toolbar.
If that doesn't fix it - see

I have got a strange problem, the drawing tool bar does not has the button
for diagrams and organization chart , the one in form of a ring.

Reset the toolbar.
