visible on screen but not printed on paper
I would like to type a wording on Header, which is visible on screen but not
printed on paper. I tried using changing shade color but it still shows on paper. Any suggestions? |

Have you tried formatting the text as Hidden?

Formatting the text as Hidden hides the text both on screen & printer and

If you check "Hidden text" on the View menu of Tools | Options, you can see
it, but it will not print unless you also have it checked on the Print tab. -- Suzanne S.
