Default Word 2003-cross-reference dialog scroll bar is disabled

In Word 2003, if you keep the Insert Cross-reference dialog open, then add
several bookmarks to a document, the vertical scroll bar in the dialog grays
out/disables itself if there are more cross-references than are visible.

This was not a problem in Word XP or Word 2002.
