If you have Word 2003 or earlier, it's fairly easy. See
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Custom...oToToolbar.htm,
which includes instructions for adding commands to context menus.

If it's Word 2007, it can be done but requires a macro. Greg Maxey has the
code at
http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/Customize_...amatically.htm,
although you'll have to remove some parts that (for demonstration purposes)
add other commands at the same time. If you need help with this, post a
reply.

Hi Jay,

This is great news. Unfortunately, the Mvps domain (?) is not loading. Do
you have an alternative URL for this Word 2003 info?

Thanks!
Tim
