What version of Lotus Ami Pro? No version of Word for Windows
has ever included a text converter for Ami Pro 2.x. The Ami Pro 3.x text converter for Word is no longer available from Microsoft, but you can download it from Word MVP Graham Mayor's website http://www.gmayor.com/downloads.htm .
