Cant print my TOC
I have a 13 page TOC, which BTW I am disappointed as only about 65% of the results are correct requiring me to edit quite a lot of info (page no's are OK). I find I cant print the TOC - was told to unlink the index to press Ctrl+Shift+F9 but it doesn't work for me, when I print I get 'Error! Bookmark not defined' message - help someone Patricia -- pamay |
