Default SCROLLING TEXT PROBLEMO

I created a web site with Word 2000, which had a marquee at the top. Now in
Word 2003, the marquee appears as a big red cross and when I try to create
scrolling text I am told that Marquee is not available and neither is
animated text. Help me please!
