want submit button to create reply email with filled out survey t.
i am creating a survey within an email...after the customer fills out the
survey I want them to be able to hit the submit button at the bottom and have the survey automatically sent back to me. More than just adding a hyperlink to the submit button, I want the filled out survey sent back to me. |

Perhaps the Outlook discussion group mght have some answers for you...
assuming that you use Outlook.
