how do i switch text from capitals to lowercase?
If i have written a paragraph of text in full capitals, and then i want to
make the text lower case, is there an easy way to do this? I know most shortcuts, and I'm pretty sure a shortcut does exist, i just cant remember it! Surely i dont have to type it all out again?! Thanks! |

SHIFT-F3 is the default keyboard shortcut which toggles through the "cases". HTH Robert -- /"\ ASCII Ribbon Campaign | MS \ / | MVP X Against HTML | for / \ in e-mail & news | Word |
