Default "Label Options Dialog" in VC+

i want to Pop up the "Label Options" dialog in my VC++ Exe.Could you please
guide me how to do that.

Default "Label Options Dialog" in VC+

With VBA, you can display it with

SendKeys "%o"
Dialogs(wdDialogToolsCreateLabels).Show

Not sure how applicable that is to VC+
