Print Current Page
I have a user that, when she wants to print current page in a multipage
document, only page 2 will print. For instance, we page down to page 10. Once we select print, we can see in the background (behind print dialog box) that page 2 is showing and page 2 is what will print. We are using Office 2003, sp1. It has only been reported by one user so far. What is causing this and how can it be fixed. Thanks for your help. |

Yes, they are. Since I posted this, I have found that this is happening to
several users in our firm. The documents do not contain sections, the margins are set properly, no mail merge is involved. I am at a loss as to how to fix this. There's no magic wand, alas! :-) Carol, is this happening all in the same (set of) file(s), maybe in files created from the same document template? Might as well be struggling with a slightly corrupt document: How can I recover a corrupt document or template €“ and why did it become corrupt? (by Dave Rado and John McGhie) http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErrors/CorruptDoc.htm Can you reproduce it on different systems? Try a computer at home, maybe? If it's installation-specific, it's up to you to decided whether it's easier to nail down the error or simply setup a new system. I would definitely try to find the error once it happens again ... And be sure to check that your antivirus software us up-to-date and running before anything else. 2cents Robert -- /"\ ASCII Ribbon Campaign | MS \ / | MVP X Against HTML | for / \ in e-mail & news | Word |
