Can you change formatting from 1 column to 2 cols. automatically?
I have a 200 page document set in double space, 13 pt. font, one column with
titles for different chapters and I need to change it to single space, 10 pt. font, two columns. Is there any easy way to do that. i tried to reset it in styles but it didn't work. |

Columns: Go to Format Columns and select 2.
Font: if all the text is currently normal style, redefine it to 10pt. Otherwise select the entire document (ctrl-A) and select 10pt. Note that this changes *everything*, including your headings. Which is why you should use styles.
