Default open document command produces new order of folders

When I try to open a document, the view has changed. It used to be
alphabetical. Any help on how I can get it back to this?

Default

G'Day Robert,

In Word, Choose FileOpen
In the file open dialog, examine the buttons at the top right.
Click on the small down-arrow beside the SECOND button
(tool-tip=Views) from the right, and select details.
In the details view, you may sort by clicking the grey column
headers.
Clicking a header twice will reverse the sort order.
