Default Insert date as MMMM d, yyyy from merged data

Mailmerge data from Excel spreadsheet; i.e. agency name and date of contract
individual to each agency

Mailmerge wants to format date as 11/2/2004 rather than November 2, 2004.

Add a format switch to the mergefield

\@"MMMM dd, yyyy"
