It depends on whether you want this for a web site or for a document.
If you are creating a web page, you can use the Format Background option. But this won't help if you're creating a document. Check out this TechTrax article: Designing Your Own Holiday Stationery http://pubs.logicalexpressions.com/P...cle.asp?ID=271 In it, you'll see how you can take any image and use it as a border or background image in a document. Go to the Format menu, then Background, then Fill Effects, then the Picture
