Default English to French (Canada)translate

I want to enable English to Frech 9Canada) translations on Microsoft Office
2003 Professfional. How do I do this?

Word has no built-in capacity to translate more than one word at a time. If
you have an Internet connection, it will connect you to WorldLingo sites
that provide machine translation, but this should not be relied on for
anything other than getting a rough idea of what a text in a foreign
language says. If the material to be translated is sensitive or important,
you need a human translator.
