Default word 2007

when merging from excel to word, date changes from 01/01/01 to 1/01/2001.
Would like to keep date 01/01/01

Default word 2007

You need to add a "Date/Time picture switch" to your merge field; in this
case, it would be:

\@ "MM/dd/yy"

or

\@ "dd/MM/yy"

depending on what your numbers represent.
