Word Envelopes and Contacts from Outlook
I'm using Office 2003. When I create an envelope, I wish to point to my
Contacts in Outlook to pull in the name and address. When I do this, I do not get the company name in the envelope window. I need to manually type it in. Is there a way for Word (or Outlook) to customize which fields are brought into the envelope window? |

Copy the following exactly and save it as an autotext entry called
AddressLayout (the curly brackets are not field boundaries but simply typed from the keyboard) {PR_GIVEN_NAME PR_SURNAME }{PR_COMPANY_NAME }{PR_POSTAL_ADDRESS} The 'fields' that can be used here are listed at http://www.gmayor.com/Macrobutton.htm -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org BobK wrote: I'm using Office 2003.
