Print shaded form fields, Word XP
I have created a very large document that has lots of fields to fill in -- we
want the shaded (gray) form fields to print when we print the document. I see them on the screen but when we print they are blank. Any help you can give me will be appreciated. Thank you in advance. |

If you want to print the grey highlighting for the form fields, make sure
that under Tools, Options, and the Print tab that Hidden Text has a checkmark beside it in "Include with document".
