Default fix a field within the Nametag

Beside using Paragraph Format (before/ after) Spacing, is there some
other way to fix a field within a NameTag label to say 4cm from top.
1cm from left etc?

Labels use the normal style for formatting. You can apply another style or
edit the normal style for the document, but editing the paragraph settings
is simple enough for a one off label merge document. Make the required
changes in the first label then propagate the fields to transfer your
settings to the others.
