Comments
Apply document protection: On the Review tab, click Protect Document. In the
Restrict Formatting and Editing pane, click to select "Allow only this type of editing in the document" and then choose Comments. Click Yes, Start Enforcing Protection (specify a password if you want to). If you are using Word 2003, click Tools | Protect Document to show a similar pane. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "chris_kane" wrote in message ...
