Adding the same form to multiple pages in a document
Hello.
I have a form that I have created. What I wanted to know if there is a way to have the blank form automatically add itself to new pages in a document. I need the form's format but the information changes for each page. |

Look into the AutoText feature. There is no automatic way short of a macro.
If your AutoText entry is formatted so that the paragraph formatting of the first paragraph in the entry is set to have a page break before, this will get you most of what you seem to want. -- Charles Kenyon Word New User FAQ & Web Directory: http://addbalance.com/word Intermediate User's Guide to Microsoft Word (supplemented version of Microsoft's Legal Users' Guide) http://addbalance.com/usersguide See also the MVP FAQ: http://www.mvps.org/word which is awesome! --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- This message is posted to a newsgroup. Charles:
Hello. I'm not sure what I should do with the AutoText entry...especially since the user would have to remember what to type. What kind of macro should I consider? I have never used a macro before. Thanks,. "Charles Kenyon" wrote: Look into the AutoText feature. There is no automatic way short of a macro.
