I find that merging to excel is the easiest format. I need more information
to give you specific feedback: Are you merging to a form, envelope, label or
what?

Hi ?B?amFja2llazgyOQ==?=,

You should always quote the exact wording of an error message when asking for
help. Based on what you tell us, see if this article applies to your situation:

WD2000: ErrMsg: "Word could not re-establish a DDE connection to Application
to complete the current task."
