I have a Word document that was created in Word 2003. I am using Word 2007.
The document has tracked changes enabled. It has been reviewed by several
people and changes made. I have now made my changes, but I cannot accept any
of the changes.....everything in the Reviewing section is grayed out. I
checked the document protection and it is not turned on. Any suggestions?

Are you certain you checked Document Protection? Protecting a document for
Tracked Changes will result in the inability to Accept/Reject. I realize you
said you did but did you view the Restrict Formatting and Editing Pane? In
some Office 2007 suites there are two options that appear when you click
Protect Document. If this is what you see then make sure you click "Restrict
Formatting and Editing" in order to open the task pane.
