How do I make page breaks in a mail merge document
I have been using the mail merge feature in Word for many years. The 2003
version uses section breaks instead of page breaks as was the case previously. I routinely merge approximately 145 letters with data in an Excel file. My printer quit printing after 94 merged letters. I then attempted to print page 95-145 and nothing happens. It was pointed out to me that there is only 1 page and 145 section breaks. The problem is that you cannot print either individual letters or individual sections. What to do? |
