Any help appreciated! Document will be going to large scale printing and this

What program are you using to convert to .pdf?

Most of the free PDF creation utilities are pretty basic. I have not used
CutePDF but would expect similar from its free version. You can certainly embed fonts with the free Microsoft add-in for Word 2007, and of course Acrobat provides this function also.
