Default Help with IF Statement

Can someone give me the proper syntax for the following?

If ProgramType_II is blank, I want nothing to show. If it is not blank, I
want the following:

", MERGEFIELD ProgramType II listed as MERGEFIELD DPAS Code II."

Thanks

Default Help with IF Statement

{ IF { MERGEFIELD ProgramType_II } "" ", { MERGEFIELD ProgramType_II }
listed as {MERGEFIELD {DPAS_Code_II.}" "" }

You must use Ctrl+F9 to insert each paid of field delimiters { } Make sure
that the names of the merge fields are correct.
