"Get Genuine" - Validation is successful, but still can't download
I am trying to dl a resume template in MS Word. Word tells me it needs to
validate my software. It takes me to a web site, does so, congratulates me, and then when I try to download the template, it takes me through the same steps all over again. Help! |

Same thing happened to me when I tried to use an online template for a fax.
