I want to create a template in word where if a person opens the file it must
bring up question boxes or popup windows requesting from him to answer
certain questions that i have chosen.

He/she cannot do anything in word unless all the questions are answered. The
answers then would be placed inside the document under different catagories.

I know this can be done bacause i have a template that does this at the
moment but cannot work out how it was created.

Please help
