Default Writing style in Word 2003

How do I change from Formal to Informal writing style.
Not the font or paragraph style, but the type of writing (Legal, Casual, etc.)

Word 2003 doesn't offer those categories. Go to Tools Options
Spelling & Grammar, click the Settings button in the Grammar section,
and set the Writing Style dropdown to "Grammar & Style". Then go
through the list of rules under Style, checking or unchecking each
rule according to your preference.
