My horizontal ruler is 'dead'--I can't use it to set tabs or m...
If it matters, I'm working in two-column format, but that doesn't bother the
horizontal ruler on my computer at work.... How can I make my ruler usable? |

What do you mean by "dead?" Is it gone? Can you see it? Can you click
