Default Skipping every other record

I am mail merging from Word to postcards using data from Excel. When it
prints it only prints every other record. i.e. if I send 300 records to be
printed it will print 2,4,6,8,10 etc and print 150 of the 300. I go through
and manually check 1,3,5,7,9 to print and it will print 1,5,9 etc... each
time skipping every other record. I go through this until I have none left
to print.

You have a Next Record field where it is not required. I assume that there
are two postcards to each sheet and if that is the case the only place where
you should have a Next Record field is before the first mergefield in the
second postcard.

Hope this helps.

How is your main document set up?
