Default Word 2k3 Document Views and Prints in Top Left of page

Hi

We have a huge document that for some reason prints in the Top Left corner
of the page, making it look like the bottom margins are approximately 4
inches and the right 3 inches.

The actual margins are 2cm all round, the header and footer are both 1.25.

If I select the document and, in page setup, select default, open and close
the document it seems to fix it. But after a minute or so without editing
it reverts to the top left.

This is a nightmare as the document is 200 pages with images and formatting
so it is not possible to, for example, copy into notepad and back into word.

Any advice will be much appreciated

Thanks Ben

Does it view and print better if you change to Final view on the
Reviewing toolbar? If that fixes the problem, then there are some
tracked changes or comments in the document, and you can get rid of them
by clicking on "Accept all tracked changes" and "Delete all comments" on
the Reviewing toolbar.

Excellent, thank you.

Is there any way of stopping users from using reviewing, but only on this
file?

Thanks
Ben
