Default How can I see the real content of the table of content in Word?

Hi,

When I open a Word document with a table of content I first see field code
{TOC ...}. If I press shift + F9, i can see the content.

Issue: i always want to see the real content of the table of content (and
not the field code {TOC \O 1-3 \H \Z}) when I open the document.
Can someone tell me how to do this?

Thanks in advance!
