Copying data to a Word Table
I have a customer who receives data in a Word document and then will need to
convert it to a Word table in order to use it as a data source for mail merge. An example of the data he receives is: Craig A. Jensen 50 E. 200 S. Salt Lake City USA He then has to copy and paste each line into a Word table, create the mail merge letter and then merge the document. Is their an easier way to use this data for a mail merge document? Can we get around the copy and paste step? Thanks for your help! Kara |
