How do I link my index entries to my Word document automatically
I am trying to convert include links from my Index directly into my document.
(So you can click on the entry and go directly to the location in the document.) The table of contents/figures works fine -- it seems to have an automated function to do that. But can I do this with my index in Word 2003 (Windows)? Thanks! Guy |

Not with any of Word's built-in functions. One of the regular
groupies here has written a VBA add-in that will create a hyperlinked index in Word, if you would be interested in purchasing it from him. mrcalc wrote: I am trying to convert include links from my Index directly into my document. Go to http://www.geocities.com/word_heretic/ and click on the
link for the Indexing Tool for more information. mrcalc wrote: Do you know who I should contact for this? It would help me immensely in a project I'm working on. Thank you!
Looks like a great (and easy to use) product. But unfortunately the price is far more than I can afford right now. (and my bosses wouldn't pick up the price).
