Default How to add the Back and Forward buttons to the Quick Access toolba

In word 2007, the following instructions are given to add those 2 buttons by:
Click the Microsoft Office Button , click Program Name Options, and then
click Customize...

There is no Program Name Options under that button? Could someone help me out?
Thanks

The Program Name Options button is right next to the Any key... :-)

Seriously, in Word there is a "Word Options" button at the very bottom
of the right side of the menu that opens when you click the Office
button. In Excel there's an "Excel Options" button, and in PowerPoint
there's a "PowerPoint Options" button. Collectively they're called
"Program Name Options" buttons. Get it?

Another way to get to the Customize dialog is to right-click the Quick
Access Toolbar itself, and choose "Customize the Quick Access Toolbar"
from the popup menu.
