Thanks The Program Name Options button is right next to the Any key... :-) Seriously, in Word there is a "Word Options" button at the very bottom of the right side of the menu that opens when you click the Office button. In Excel there's an "Excel Options" button, and in PowerPoint there's a "PowerPoint Options" button. Collectively they're called "Program Name Options" buttons. Get it? Another way to get to the Customize dialog is to right-click the Quick Access Toolbar itself, and choose "Customize the Quick Access Toolbar" from the popup menu. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |
