Default Formatting question

How do I set up a template that allows for specific information to remain
constant but jumps from field to field for me to fill in. (i.e. my return
information stays the same but the address I'm mailing to changes)?

If you have other information to add besides just addresses, you want a
form; see http://www.computorcompanion.com/LPMArticle.asp?ID=22.

However, it sounds like you might instead be looking for mail merge; see
http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm or
http://www.gmayor.com/merge_labels_with_word_2007.htm as appropriate.
