Default track changes: showing WHAT has been changed, but not WHO changed

I have a document with track changes of several different persons. We want to
send it to some people who should see the actual changes but not by WHOM they
were made.
I called our helpdesk and they said it can't be done (we have version 2003)?
Someone else mentioned 'Deltaview'?
Any idea?

Hi Carmen

To remove information about the authors of tracked changes do Tools
Options Security. Tick the box "Remove personal information from file
properties on save".

For more information see the following, especially the section on security:
How does Track Changes in Microsoft Word work?

Hope this helps.
