Default why is there a space in my numbered list starting at 10?

I was making a numbered list and when I got to the number 10 it put a space
after "10." how do I get rid of this?

You need to change the hanging indent/tab stop to allow for double-digit
numbers. You must do this in the Numbering dialog, whose settings override
those set in the Paragraph dialog.
