Option buttons
I have created a form in Word 2002. I have added buttons for the user to
check for mutliple questions. Each question had a rating of 1-5 for the user to select. I would like the use to have the ability to make one selection per line. But when I test it I find that once Imake a selection for questin one then go to question two and make a selection it wipes out the previous question choices. I used control box and placed Option buttons to use for the selections. Thank you |

Option buttons
You need to define different group names for the separate groups of option
buttons (right-click on the button, choose Properties, and assign the GroupName). But be aware that a form with ActiveX controls may not be the best approach if you're sending the form out to users who may have Macro Security set to High or Very High. -- Suzanne S.
