Default Need to print pg 1 of merge doc on ltrhd; pg 2 from diff tray How

We have a 2 page merge letter..need page 1 on letterhead from tray 1 and page
2 on non-letterhead tray 2.... can't seem to get it to work... (it pulls page
1 from tray 1 and pages 2-222 from tray 2!) we want odd pages from one tray
and even from another... ideas??

Make the tray settings in your mail merge main document, and they should be
propagated to the merged file (the settings are per section, and each merged
letter is a separate section).
