printing letterhead on network - Page Setup not "sticking"
We have a letterhead template that is shared on a network with lots of
different printers. The old template would let each user print a printed letterhead for the first page out of one tray and the following pages on plain from another tray. The tray choices (names) and places (top, bottom etc) were different on lots of printers but the same template always printed on the letterhead for everyone. A recent edit of the template (only other formatting changes) was made and now most of the users are finding that the Page Setup is defaulting to Manual Feed or Auto Select instead of somehow choosing the right trays, which it used to do and it comes out on plain paper. Any ideas on what setting may have accidentally been changed? I would really appreciate any suggestions. Thanks |
